Boil potatoes in skin, until an al dente state of affairs. Cut in wedges and deep fry in your choice of vegetable oil. Season with salt and white pepper.
200g fresh blackberries
1 Tablespoon sugar
1 Teaspoon buttered
Pinch of salt, pinch of pepper
