Anima Mundi

​A game of portraits


    “Anima” (lat) breath, air, soul, life, spirit, living being, vital force, passion, feeling.


    “Anima Mundi” is a 1/1 portrait series by artist and esoterist Zazulete which comes to the metaverse as a game: the collector of each piece has the chance to become the model for the next portrait. The artist aims to portray the soul (anima) of the subject, their beauty, their spirit. In the end, all the portraits will become one work, Anima Mundi, the soul of the world, which is yet to become and to be revealed. As an esoterist, Zazulete can feel and see the spirit. As an artist, she will manually create each soul print. All portraits will be digital artworks minted as NFTs.

    The owner of each NFT in the series will receive:

    1.  The bidding NFT

    2.  Their portrait minted as NFT     (upon request). Optionally, they can order someone else’s portrait instead of their own.

    Each owner will receive 2 items.

     
    TERMS OF SERVICE
    ​
    1. For the purpose of creating the portrait, the collector will use the form on this project page to send me 2-5 photos, preferably profile and/or semi profile, closed mouth, JPG or PNG only (no zip or archive files). The photos can be head portrait, full figure or even esthetic nudes. The idea is for the collector to choose a photo(s) of themselves that they love and that they would want to use as basis for the Anima Mundi portrait. If the collector wants to gift the portrait to another person, they can send their photos instead. Whatever photos are provided, the collector must be the owner of these photos or own the right to use them. The artist declines any responsibility of use for non-copyright photos that are provided by the collector. The photos are confidential and will never be used by the artist for any other purposes than the creation of the specific portrait. 

    2. The artist will choose a photo as basis for the portrait or use sketches after the photos at their own discretion and will create the portrait as they feel inspired. This is not a custom portrait where the collector indicates certain features. However, each owner of an Anima Mundi portrait may request additional custom portraits which will be the subject of subsequent private sales.

    3. Apart from sending the photos, the collector will use the form to send their name for the portrait or, if they wish, they can remain anonymous and use a pseudonym for the portrait. The collector can also send a few details about themselves or their story, as an optional feature. The artist will accompany each portrait with a set of KEYWORDS she feels express the essence of the subject, as it was revealed to her.

    4. Each Anima Mundi portrait will be unique and manually drawn. The final result will be a video or a digital painting/sculpture, upon inspiration, all minted as digital NFT.

    5. The portraits will be created and minted according to sales order and transferred at regular intervals announced on the project pages and in social media.

    6. All Anima Mundi portraits will be published on my website in the dedicated project gallery as the project is unfolding, and only the images in this gallery belong to the project. © Copyright Zazulete 2022 . All rights reserved.

    Zazulete declines any responsibility of use for non-copyright photos that are provided by the collector and assumes all photos provided by the collector are owned by them, either as sole ownership or rights of use, as it is instructed in the Terms of Service.
    Please upload 2-5 photos, JPG, JPEG or PNG only, as high resolution as possible (although old, analog, lower quality photos are also accepted, if sharp enough). Photos can be head shot, bust, full figure, esthetic nude. At least 1 photo needs to be a profile or a semi profile. Preferably closed mouth photos. Zip or archive files are not accepted and will not be downloaded.
