Boil potatoes in skin, until an al dente state of affairs. Cut in wedges and deep fry in your choice of vegetable oil. Season with salt and white pepper. Blackberry Sauce 200g fresh blackberries 1 Tablespoon sugar 1 Teaspoon buttered Olive oil Pinch of salt, pinch of pepper Let the fruits simmer on low heat for about 15 min. Add the sugar and let it melt. Add the rest of the ingredients and blend to your taste (I like to leave some blackberry chunks now and then). Bon Appétit!
