The Golden Flower is based on a vision of the Golden Flower I had. It is a strong activator of all the upper chakras, triggering Anahata first (the heart chakra) and going up towards Sahasrara and why not? beyond. You should feel a swirl of emotions first, with this painting gazing, how your chest opens and an emotional catharsis occurs. It is conceived as a tool for emotional healing, cleansing and purifying with a flow of universal love. The higher note of this painting gaze, after the Anahata opening, is an intense activation of the Ajna, 3rd eye chakra (you will at some point, while your eyes are closed, visualize a wave of purple/magenta) and upper to Sahasrara (the Crown chakra). Of course, everyone is supposed to experience their own, unique journey while using painting gazing.
